Spicy Peanut Ramen Noodles

  • Wheat ramen noodles (~3 oz)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 tbsp white part of scallions finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Alchemy Peppers Fresno Peppers + Simcoe Hops


  • Additional chopped scallions
  • Sesame seeds 

DIRECTIONS: Bring water to a boil and cook ramen noodles according to instructions on packet. Save 1/4 cup of the pasta water before draining. Drain and set aside. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add scallions and garlic, let sauté 2 minutes. Add sauce and pasta water, bring to a low simmer and let simmer 1-2 minutes. Stir in noodles. Remove from heat and top with additional chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
